Miami Heat replacements for Kendrick Nunn: Reggie Jackson

Reggie Jackson had an amazing postseason last year with the Clippers. He helped Paul George lead them to their first Western Conference Finals in franchise history.

He stepped up big-time in the shot-making department. Whenever Los Angeles needed a bucket, Jackson was there to deliver for them.

In the playoffs last year, Jackson averaged 17.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game. He shot 48.4% from the field and 40.8% from three-point range.

Despite most people believing he would be highly sought after this summer, Jackson has yet to sign a deal. This leaves the door open for a team like Miami.

Though his price range was originally expected to be higher than Miami can afford, anything is possible now. Some players have signed for significantly less than most thought they were worth.

If Jackson joined the Heat, he would be a high-tier sixth man. He would be the bucket off the bench that they desperately need on this team.

The Miami Heat have plenty of defense on the roster, so adding Jackson would give them a great infusion of offense. Signing him could potentially be the steal of the offseason.

Depending on how much Jackson asks for, Pat Riley should certainly try to bring him on board. He would be the next step in making the Miami Heat true title contenders.
