Five dates to save from the 2021-22 Miami Heat season schedule

October 27, 2021: Heat @ Nets (Top team to beat)

The Nets are seen as the favorites to win the NBA championship this year. Due to that, Miami will have to go through them if they want to get out of the East.

With a trio of Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving, Brooklyn has three top-15 players in the NBA. Beating a team like that is no easy task.

However, the Miami Heat have a great defensive lineup to throw at them. This game will also see PJ Tucker face off against Durant once again just like they did for a whole series in the playoffs last year.

Miami needs to prove that they are a real threat in the Eastern Conference. Beating the Brooklyn Nets is the best way to do that.

November 10, 2021: Heat @ Lakers (Kendrick Nunn game)

Seeing Kendrick Nunn in a Lakers uniform is going to be weird, but that’s not the only reason this game is important. As a whole, the Lakers are just a very good basketball team.

As of now, the Lakers are probably the favorites to come out of the West. Beating the Lakers is like beating that one bully in the school who always gets their way.

The whole Nunn drama is also going to be fun to watch. He’s likely still friends with most of the players on the roster, but it will still be interesting to watch him play against the Heat instead of for the Heat.

Overall, this should just be a very fun game to watch. Both teams have great, super talented rosters, so watching them face off should be very entertaining.
