Five dates to save from the 2021-22 Miami Heat season schedule

January 17, 2022: Heat vs Raptors (Goran Dragic returns)

Goran Dragic was a fan-favorite in the city of Miami for years. He made his one and only All-Star game with the Heat and played a huge role in leading them to the Finals in 2020.

Unfortunately, he was a casualty of the sign-and-trade that brought Lowry to Miami. This game will be his first time back in the city.

The fans will get the chance to give him the applause he deserves, and hopefully, the team will have a little video queued up to get everyone in their feels.

It will just be a super fun night to experience as a Miami Heat fan. Everyone loves Dragic, it’s impossible not to.

January 29, 2022: Heat @ Raptors (Kyle Lowry returns to Toronto)

Even as a Miami Heat fan this is going to be emotional to watch. Kyle Lowry means so much to the city of Toronto, and he hasn’t been able to play there in over a year as is.

The Raptors were forced to play the entirety of last season in Tampa but will be back in Toronto this year. This means Lowry will finally make his return to the city on this date against his former team.

Lowry is the best Raptor of all time, and the mayor of the city even said he would get a statue one day. The tribute video they play for him is going to be unrivaled.

Make sure not to miss this game if you want a great, feel-good moment. Lowry returning to Toronto is not only a highlight of Miami’s year, but it should be a can’t-miss game for any NBA fan.
