Miami Heat: Tyler Herro Has A Shot, But Can He Get It Done?

Although it is likely the slightest chance of the three Heat players, Herro does have a shot at making history if he makes the All-Star team. The last sixth man to participate in the All-Star Game was none other than Kobe Bryant in 1998.

While recent history is not on his side, Herro is leading bench players in scoring this season. His 20.2 points per game rank 28th in the NBA.

If he remains healthy and other Eastern Conference guards continue to miss time, Herro could join an elite list of bench players to fight their way into an All-Star bid.

In a not-so-normal season, Miami is clinging to a top-four seed in the Eastern Conference. Due to their relative success to this point, there is a great chance that the Heat will avenge their All-Starless season, sending a player or two to Cleveland on Sunday, February 20, 2022.

All-Star voting has opened to the public people! Vote for your favorite Miami Heat players now and help send a few to Cleveland in 2022!
