Miami Heat: Fate And Injury Clears The Way For The East’s Top Seed

A huge part of that and for as unfortunate as it may be, when it comes to those first two teams mentioned in the Bulls and the Nets, injuries have taken a toll on them both.

It must be said though, the Miami Heat have dealt with similar or worse injury woes than both of these teams and have not only come out better than before but again, continue to chug along.

Zach Lavine has missed a couple of games and will miss, at least, the next three games for his Chicago Bulls after tweaking his knee in a game last Friday.

It was also announced recently that Lonzo Ball will miss an undetermined amount of time while he attempts to recover from a knee injury too. It’s a really unenviable situation to be in.

That’s how it is in sports though and especially at the professional level. Again, the Miami Heat aren’t immune to it, however, few teams could manage and navigate like they did and can.
