Miami Heat: Tyler Herro Wants To Have That ‘Same Conversation’ Again

And for as great a feeling, showing, and occurrence as that was for the Miami Heat, it was almost overshadowed.

A man that has been killing the league this season, is well on his way to winning the NBA’s Sixth Man Of The Year award, and should be atop the list for the Most Improved Player award too, Tyler Herro continued to absolutely show his behind on Monday night.

Going for 31 in the game, that actually seems lackluster now and in the grand scheme of it all, especially considering that he went for 21 of those 31 points in the second period alone.

He continued to dig deep in his bag of tricks.

He made threes, he drove the lane, he hit you with the short jumpers, and everything else he wanted to do to the defense. The 35 footer at the end of the period was the icing on the cake.

The man was unbelievable. On a night where the Miami Heat looked like they could lose to a Houston team they had no business losing to, Herro became his namesake early in the game—a hero.
