Miami Heat: Philadelphia Attack A Great Motivational Tool For Tyler Herro

Keeping a team out of the pain and away from easy shots is all heart, grit, and defense. The Miami Heat could have been better about or in all of those areas on Monday.

They could have played with more fight or heart, shown more determination or grit, and simply, played better defense. While this was the case for the entire Miami Heat team on Monday, they singled one guy out on Philadelphia’s side.

Though Tyler Herro has been an absolute terror on the offensive side of the ball, as of late, he was the main victim of the Philadelphia 76er late-game attack. It seemed like every 76er looking to score had a shot, though their two main ballhandling guards were the ones to really do a lot of damage to Herro.

When Shake Milton got ready, he went through Herro on the way to the cup and the paint. When Tyrese Maxey felt like it, he went around Herro into the painted area and to the basket.

It was really that simple.
