Miami Heat Playoffs: They Need More Kyle Lowry Offense In Game 4

They did so against a Philadelphia team, not only, playing at home in front of their crowd but also one that was experiencing elation on the back of getting their MVP candidate and best player back in Joel Embiid.

It was the perfect recipe for a defeat.

However, that recipe had to be perfect, meaning all of those things shouldn’t come together again to cost Miami as dearly as it did on Friday. Even amongst all of the other takes though, there is one that has some merit—or at least, a certain level of intrigue.

With Kyle Lowry returning to the lineup for the first time since Game 3 of their first-round victory over the Atlanta Hawks, there could be something to the fact that everyone had to readjust to his reinsertion.

Now, if anyone can make that transition as smooth as possible, it’s a guy like Kyle Lowry, however, you do have to look at what he did in Game 3 compared to what his fill-in, Gabe Vincent, was able to do in Games 1 and 2.
