Is The Miami Heat Owner Trying To Send A Message About Kyrie Irving Rumors?

While there’s no official law in Miami that would prevent Irving from playing, the Miami Heat have publicly stated that they want all employees fully vaccinated. Every player and staff member on the roster complied, meaning the entire team was vaccinated and ready to go.

If Irving were to be traded to Miami, it would basically challenge everything that they came out last year and spoke about. While there were no Heat players to publicly reject getting the vaccine, some players may have sacrificed their beliefs to play and try to help win a championship.

This could potentially be one of the biggest hindrances when it comes to trading for Kyrie. Players like Andrew Wiggins didn’t want to receive the vaccine but did what was required so he could play and help contribute.

There could possibly be a situation where there are Heat players who feel the same and still made the sacrifices. By bringing Irving in and allowing him to play with no vaccination, you’re not only challenging the organization’s beliefs but the owner’s as well.

It’ll be interesting to see if Miami keeps Irving on their radar, providing they actually have him there anyway, or bails on the idea completely.
