Highsmith Production Will Help Miami Heat But Will Also Help Caleb Martin’s

A guy like Haywood Highsmith, not only, works better with Bam Adebayo, from the perspective of how he wants to get it done anyway, with intelligence, know-how, and craftiness, but he is also an adept defender capable of giving you the same versatile pop that Caleb has in that first unit.

Highsmith’s play is also a huge part of it. An improving shooter as well on his own behalf, from the perspective of actually converting more now, he can also offer more relief in that area.

There is also that growing chemistry with the rest of the team and especially Bam. And to tie a bow around it, it actually helps Caleb Martin be his best self as well.

By taking off some of the wear and tear off his body that has caused him to miss time this season, guarding up, guarding the best guard on most nights, and being a general disruptor, in just three examples, it can help him stay fresh and able to maximize his explosiveness.

Highsmith showed you the type of impact he can make with regular usage against Boston recently and that’s what really opened this potential door. So, yea, if the Miami Heat fail to make a move before the deadline—bumping Highsmith to that first unit beside Bam Adebayo might be the way to go.
