No Matter What The Miami Heat Do, It’ll Be Tough If Teams Keep Making Shots,
When you look at some of the tough shots that have been made, at points, by the Hornets, the Bucks, the Knicks, and the 76ers in the game that they beat the Heat, you have to give credence there.
While the Miami Heat haven’t helped themselves, at times, on defense, poor defense alone can’t explain some of the miraculous shot-making that they have seen going against them in the last few games. And that’s just it.
Hopefully, the Heat shooters can find a way to get hot in the remainder of the season and into the postseason. But what should undoubtedly happen is that the opponents, on any given night, should start to inch back closer to average when it comes to their own shooting.
Because regardless of what the Miami Heat do or don’t do, if their opponents continue to make what seems like nearly every shot that they put up— the Heat won’t have much of a chance anyway.
