3. Milwaukee Bucks
From from Miami to the Milwaukee Bucks wouldn't quiet the pressure to contend, but the Bucks are one of the league's oldest teams and adding Herro could inject some much-needed youth into their roster. Add this to the fact that Herro grew up outside of Milwuakee and you have a heartwarming homecoming story.
Maybe Miami can circle back to Damian Lillard. Lillard was very public with his specific trade demand to the Heat (and only the Heat) last summer. Herro was in the center of those rumors and even expected to get traded. The Lillard-Heat reports were the closest Herro got to being unloaded throughout his career.
If the Bucks aren't ready to give up on Lillard, they also have sizeable contracts with Khris Middleton, Brook Lopez, Bobby Portis and Pat Connaughton that they can use in a trade. The issue is that the Bucks are above the second apron, making a deal with the Heat extremely complicated.
