3. Patty Mills
Patty Mills isn't the player he used to be but has moments. Mills is still a threat behind the arc and is a smart passer who can help facilitate an offense.
Again, If Miami looks to trade Lowry and needs another veteran guard who has played in big games then Mills would be an OK signing.
Mills is on the Hawks, but the uncertainty around that team could lead to Atlanta and Mills parting ways. Mills has often given Miami problems, from the 2014 Finals and for years after. Mills hypothetically could be used in short stints throughout the season for depth and potentially provide a spark for a team always in need of more shooting.
