The Lakers are a popular team, for reasons that completely elude me. They strike me as being a team you love or love to hate. Young, a talented scorer, falls into that same category.
There’s no denying that talent but, in looking at Young, it’s clear that is the only thing he does well on the basketball court. Defense is a rumor, passing an outright lie. Miami already has a player like that and his name is Michael Beasley.
But because it’s the Lakers, Young’s antics received more press than they likely deserve. On his nickname, he said it was given to him by God in a dream. He wants to do illegal things to Iggy Azalea’s body parts.
