No. 6 Becomes No. 15: Chalmers and the Big Three
In 2010, LeBron James came aboard. This meant two things for Rio. First, he would give his No. 6 jersey to his new teammate and start wearing No. 15 instead. And second, he would start to get yelled at. A lot.
Whether it was the addition of LeBron and Chris Bosh or just the novelty of the NBA wearing off, Chalmers had a mediocre year. He averaged just 6.4 points, 2.1 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.1 steals, on only 22.6 minutes of play. He also became the team scapegoat, taking the heat (hardy har) whenever something went wrong.
