Miami Heat vs Charlotte Hornets: Recap, Notes and Quotes

Gerald Green is a Bad Man

Yo, Gerald Green’s game is lit. Not only does he have the *green* light from 3-point range (1-of-4), he’s a high flyer whose windmill dunk off a steal brought AmericanAirlines Arena to its feet.

Green was involved in almost every Heat fast break. He blocked a jump shot thanks to his hops (and wasn’t nearly as bad as advertised on defense).

Green finished with 12 points, one assist and five rebounds in 19 minutes. He and McRoberts will be Miami’s dynamic duo off the bench. Less of a downgrade from the starting unit, and more of a change of pace.
