Stan Van Gundy has done a great job of rebuilding the Pistons into a respectable franchise as the coach and President of Basketball Operations. Andre Drummond has blossomed into a star and Reggie Jackson has backed up his desire to be a lead guard. Still probably a year away from legit contention, but definitely trending in the right direction.
