13. Portland Trailblazers (Down 0-2 to Los Angeles Clippers)

Portland is probably the most surprising team in the playoff field, seeing as how they pretty much rebuilt their entire roster on the fly. They weren’t thought to be ready to compete yet, but they earned a 5th seed in the Western Conference. All of the youth that they bought in is showing its age against the Clippers. Completely outplayed to this point, they haven’t helped themselves, shooting just 37% from the field in two games. Mason Plumlee (10.5 ppg, 7.5 rpg) has been a bright spot, however.
