2. The Buzzer-Beater AND Pose From Dion Waiters

Clearly the Miami Heat like the Golden State Warriors just as much as I do.

The second best moment of last season happened at home, at the AmericanAirlines Arena. The date was Monday, January 23, 2017. And so would begin the Heat’s 13-0 winning streak. Otherwise known as 13-Okaro.

Yet again, the two ball-clubs were neck-in-neck, tied at 102-102. There were 11.7 seconds left on the clock, and Kevin Durant just dunked all over Okaro White.

So what happened next?

With 11.1 seconds to go, Dion Waiters casually trots up the court. As if the Warriors weren’t the defending champions. Like he had all the time in the world to make his next move.

But obviously, none of that mattered. Because Waiters’ confidence outranked that of the rest of the guys on the floor combined.

So at the 2.4 second mark, the 25-year-old let one go from beyond-the-arc.

Swish swish (bish).

And as if the buzzer-beater wasn’t glorious enough, Waiters then showed the home crowd some of his unique flair.

"“That’s just that Philly cheese swag,” he later explained of his infamous pose. “Now, everybody see me, they do the pose.”"
