Group A:
This group is made up of the teams that are currently in 5th-9th place. Every game is important to them. If they’re not able to keep up their winning ways, they run the risk of being sniped by the teams in the next group.

This group is STACKED! It includes TIP OFF Tournament winner Philadelphia (9th place) and one of the best defenses in the league in Indiana, a team that has taken care of business by winning games earlier on in the schedule. This is a two-way deathmatch for what is essentially one spot in the bracket as the Pacers did their work early in the season by putting the clamps on teams and getting wins.

Group B:
These folks are on the outside looking in if the rankings stay the same going into the playoffs, but they have the opportunity to take matters into their own hands if they can get hot. Group B is small and includes teams that are at .500. This group is highlighted by Milwaukee, who has played the most games so far this season and is anchored by the league’s third and fifth place scorers in Arooks (22) and Bigmeek (18.8).

Group C:
These teams are holding on for dear life with 4-5 records but have plenty of games left to fight their way into the playoffs. Here you’ll find Miami, led by week five player of the week HotShot, who is second in the league in both rebounds per game (14.9) and steals (3). Miami took some losses early in the season before trading for proven scorer Hood.

If he and HotShot can figure out how to become that one-two punch that the team needs, the Heat will become instant title contenders. On the other side of this group is Boston, one of the best tournament teams in the league.

Celtics point guard oFAB is currently second in the league in points per game (22.5) and is leading the league in assists per game (13). These two teams have been on a collision course since their week six clash, where Miami wasn’t able to hold up their end of the bargain and knock Boston out of the playoff conversation early.
