With the season on its way, we are now looking at each Miami Heat player’s goals for next season. Here are Dion Waiters’ 3 goals for the season.

Since signing with the Miami Heat, Dion Waiters have improved in comparison from his previous teams. Unfortunately, his overall improvement peaked in the first season with the team. Not long ago, Waiters was on the trading block and possibly being dealt one way or another. But this is a new season, a fresh start, and a clean slate.

This Miami Heat team isn’t the same team that Waiters has been on in the last three years. With the addition of Jimmy Butler, we aren’t a team looking to make a playoff push but instead, we are looking to reach deeper in the playoffs. As a result, everything for the players has changed.

There is a reason Pat Riley has made these moves. He wants to contend and he wants to do it as soon as possible. There is a reason Waiters has received this kind of contract.

With all this in mind, Waiters is going to be hitting 28 -+

years old in December and his time for improvement has to take a huge leap this year. He has been somewhat a disappointment but that would all change if he succeeds at meeting these three goals.

In the upcoming season, there are three much very realistic goals for Waiters to be aiming to achieve; health, ego, efficiency.
