Apparently there’s a rumor floating around about Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade. He’s here to let you know he’s not having it.

When there’s a rumor floating around in the world of professional sports, including the oh so polished Miami Heat, it’s nothing and almost second nature for anyone affiliated or associated with the rumor to deny and deflect on anything that comes up about the rumor or when anyone asks. There are those unusual cases where the athlete, coach, executive, or person in question readily admits to or addresses said rumor though.

One example of this phenomenon is none other than Liberty City’s own Antonio Brown. Whether his latest set of well-publicized exploits were a well-plotted and deliberate ploy to manipulate his way around the NFL or simply random chaos at it’s finest, he was was very open and candid about it all and the entire process through it all.

Another example, the Miami Heat’s very own Dwyane Wade. Apparently, there is a rumor floating around that he is or may be coming out of retirement. Well, according to him and his daughter, that isn’t the case.

While we don’t know where these rumors came from( of course meaning perhaps we’ve helped to propel them), we here at AUCH have begged, pleaded, and beseeched him to come back at all turns and at any given opportunity, but we haven’t openly reported that he’s actually considering it. Perhaps these notions or rumors are based on the reports about how he plans to spend this upcoming season.

On Sunday we documented the fact that he is reportedly planning to work out with LeBron James pregame this season in Los Angeles. The notion of him staying close and ready may be or has had a part in the escalation of this particular chatter.

Either way, he’s now nixed the notion. However, if he did come back, it could only be for the Miami Heat, right? ONE MORE DANCE! (see, there we go again)
