Tyler Herro is literally a bucket

They talked ugly, oh, how ugly did they talk. What’s being referenced here is the world wide NBA fan community(mainly twitter) when the Miami Heat took Tyler Herro with their pick in this past year’s NBA draft. Look who’s laughing now?

Although it was only one game, his first ever and a somewhat meaningless preseason game, Herro was good and I mean really good. To clarify, he led all scorers, not just the Miami Heat team but all of them that played in this game on both sides. He finished with 18 points, three assists, three rebounds, a block, and a steal.

He went 7-13, making 53.8 percent of all of his field goals, while also going 40 percent from three. He made two of five three-point attempts, which although isn’t spectacular, was tied with Rudy Gay of the Spurs and Goran Dragic for the most three-pointers made on the night. All in all, it was a successful night for the rookie.

Next. A two-way contract competition is heating up. dark

When it’s all said and done, it was a pretty good preseason debut for the team as a whole. Although you had a player or two to struggle a bit, such as Justise Winslow, he still finished with eleven points, four rebounds, and three assists, but besides, it was just the first preseason game. In closing, this should be a fun season for the Miami Heat, meaning a fun season is in store for Heat faithful.
