IV. The Legends’ of Pat Riley and Erik Spoelstra

While many teams boast a superb personnel guy or a great head coach, not many can say that they have both. On top of the fact that the Miami Heat have both a great head coach and team president, they are both among the best in the league at what they do.

While some will take shots at Riley for the all or nothing approach he sometimes takes, it has typically worked out well for both Riles and the Miami Heat. Coach Spoelstra is simultaneously one of the best and most underrated coaches in the entire NBA. While Dan Dakich may not approve, the Miami Heat showed him how much he meant to them just a short time ago when they awarded him a contract extension.

While there may be better out there to some other people, we think we have two of the very best that do what it is that they do. We are sure glad to have them on our side.
