The Miami Heat are a very confounding team around the league it seems. Well, it appears that way based on the results of the annual GM survey.

The Miami Heat have always been an enigmatic franchise, organization, and team. It has been that way since conception, having their first major run of success during the rough and tough ’90s, featuring a team of guys that you wouldn’t want to be on the bad side of in a bar fight.

They drafted Dwyane Wade, before subsequently bringing over Shaq, which then helped them win their first title in franchise history. This rubbed certain people the wrong way, but they were really perturbed when LeBron James joined the organization back in 2010. While the mere instance itself was enough to madden many, the way he did it served to compound this frustration.

Well, fast forward nine years and LeBron has since gone back to Cleveland and moved out to Los Angeles. Dwyane Wade has retired from the league and since moved out to the sunny shores or L.A. as well, but there is something that hasn’t changed. The Miami Heat are still an enigmatic, polarizing, hate them or love them type of franchise, and it is no more indicative anywhere than in the results of the annual NBA GM Survey.
