The Miami Heat are back at it on Wednesday in another matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Will this one turn out the same as last Thursday’s game?
The Miami Heat are back at in on Wednesday after a long lay off since their last game action. After beating the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday night, they have had the last three days off, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing when you consider the number of injury issues that they are currently dealing with.
Even with the MASH unit that they were dealing with on Saturday, which the Pelicans were also somewhat dealing with themselves to be fair, they were able to handle New Orleans when it was all said and done. The final score was 109-94.
The Cleveland Cavaliers were the Miami Heat’s victims in the game immediately prior to Saturday’s contest. They handled the Cavs on last Thursday to a tune of 108-97.
This game on Wednesday looks like it should be no different, especially with the Heat being home for this matchup and also because they should be so well-rested, having not played a game in the three days prior to this matchup. Something of note to keep an eye on will be to see if Kendrick Nunn can maintain the form he has seemed to regain over the past few matchups.
This is so due to the fact that he had seemingly cooled off a bit after starting the season at such a blistering rate. Here is everything else you need to know about the matchup.
