The Miami Heat are seemingly at the top of the City Edition jersey mountain, or are they? We discuss this very topic in the very latest AUCH Roundtable.

The Miami Heat are apart of a trendsetting association, as the NBA has always been known for their fashion-forward ways. As a whole, the NBA has always been one of the more trendier leagues as far as keeping up with the tone of the culture. Individually, NBA players are not only in tune with the latest trends, looks, and fashion, they are oftentimes the ones who are setting the tone.

While NBA jerseys have long been apart of the lexicon of many fashionistas, they have become an even more integral wear based on the variance and deviance from the norm by most NBA franchises. Outside of simply being another product for the league to be able to sell and make money on, they are actually very nice souvenirs, keepsakes, and pieces to have.

Who would have known? It is with this in mind that we here at AUCH bring you one of our infamous roundtables, with the topic of this one being the best City Edition jerseys in the game. Let’s get into it.

I absolutely, unequivocally, without any doubt in my mind fell in love with the Miami Heat’s Vice Wave jersey back in October when our new savior, Tyler Christopher Herro, leaked them to the world. Seriously, how in the [expletive] can you not enjoy the new jerseys?

The vibrant Miami Vice blue with the touch of pink that floods the Miami Beach nights is pleasing to the eye. Other teams in the league make a bold move with their respective “City Editions”, but I truly think Miami struck gold with theirs.

I am a fan of others like the Lakers, Nuggets, Bucks, and Jazz to name a few, but none of which look extremely well on the court. Even the fancy semi-cursive “Miami” script across the chest screams South Florida and anything that screams South Florida… I’m here for.
