The Miami Heat head back to a place on Wednesday where they were humiliated earlier this season. Could they possibly beat the 76ers this time around?

The Miami Heat are coming off one of their worst losses of the season on Monday night and it couldn’t have come at a better time. To put that one to bed, they lost to a team that they shouldn’t have lost to, a team with a below .500 record.

The Miami Heat let them get off to a torching shooting start, while simultaneously allowing them to own the paint as if they paid a mortgage. That is essentially how the Miami Heat were beaten by the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday.

The reason why this loss couldn’t have come at a more perfect time is because the Miami Heat will face the Philadelphia 76ers in their very next game on Wednesday. Looking back on that embarrassing blowout loss to the 76ers in November, one that saw the Heat lose by a score of 86-113, the Memphis defeat ensures that the results shouldn’t be as lopsided as that one was.

With the Miami Heat losing their last game, along with the defeat they took at the hand of the 76ers earlier this season, they should be more than eager to hit the court at game time on Wednesday. The Miami Heat will want to keep Josh Richardson from exploding on them this time around, as he was apparently serious about wanting to “destroy” the Heat every time he saw them after he was traded. Here is everything else you need to know about the game.
