In our 3 Goals Revisited series, we’ll take a look back at goals our staff set for each Miami Heat player this summer. In our first installment, we start with Kendrick Nunn and Duncan Robinson.

After the free agency buzzed died down this summer following the massive upheaval all around the NBA, the staff here at All U Can Heat broke down three goals for each player on the Miami Heat roster, including Kendrick Nunn and Duncan Robinson. These goals were set for the coming season, and their combined achievement would have almost certainly made for an outstanding season for the Heat franchise.

As we near the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020, we’re going to take an early look at the progress of these goals for several players up and down the roster. Today, we’ll start with Nunn and Robinson.

This duo essentially played their way into roster spots in Summer League in July, positioning themselves to perhaps, if things went their way, have chances to make a dent in the rotation once the season began. As it happened, Yante Maten was included in this trio, but shortly after this original piece was released, so was he, before his contract guarantee date.

Naturally, we’ll start at the beginning with Kendrick Nunn and Duncan Robinson, as it’s hard to tell a story about them without doing so. Without further ado, we’ll begin our assessment of the progress of their mutual goals from the summer.
