Miami Heat Preview: Can they beat Orlando Magic on 2nd night of back to back?
The Miami Heat will travel to Orlando on Friday for an intrastate matchup. Can get they get a win on the second night of an in-conference back to back set?
The Miami Heat were able to get a tough win over the Toronto Raptors on Thursday night. It wasn’t so much tough from a long or drawn out perspective, as much as it was a low scoring slugfest of an affair. To put it in perspective, the final score was in favor of the Heat 84-76.
While they only scored 84 themselves, they held Toronto to a ridiculously low amount. This is a low total of points scored in general for the NBA in 2020, but it was one of the lowest numbers of total points scored by a team all season. The Miami Heat will have their work cut out for them on Friday though, well, sort of.
The Miami Heat will travel to Orlando to face the Magic, but the Magic are almost as banged up as the Toronto Raptors are. They will reportedly be without Jonathan Isaac for at least two months, while Aaron Gordon isn’t likely to suit up either.
The challenge for the Miami Heat will be to see if they can once again get it done on the second night of a back to back set, seeing as how they’ve only been able to do it only once this season. Here is everything else you need to know about this game.
