That is where we believe there is a chance for them to capitalize on their own. Let’s get into it.

The first instance is where he discusses the biggest regret of the Golden State Warriors in 2019. Buckley titles this section Golden State Warriors: Not Finding a Spot for Kendrick NunnThank god for the Warriors letting this one slip from their grasps.

Kendrick Nunn is now a starter for the Miami Heat, one of if not the leading candidate alone for the Rookie of the Year award in the NBA this season, and averaging 15.5 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per contest this year for the Miami Heat along the way. Based on what we have seen from the Golden State Warriors this season, they surely could have used a prospect like Kendrick Nunn and especially the offensive prowess he brings.

That was the Miami Heat capitalizing off another team’s regret, but now to see if they can flip the fate on their own. When it came to the Miami Heat’s biggest regret of 2019, Buckley titled this section Miami Heat: Failing to Find a Dion Waiters Taker.

While Buckley is exactly right in his initial thinking, it has become much deeper than that for this Miami Heat team. While Waiters is surely being punished, in the form of being totally nonexistent to the rotation, for his many transgressions in just this season alone, the Miami Heat actually may just need to use him.
