The Miami Heat will travel to the “Mecca” to play the New York Knicks on Sunday. They will look to get a win and leave New York with a split record.

The Miami Heat are still in New York. This has to be unnerving after losing to a Brooklyn Nets team in the fashion that they did.

While any NBA game is never out of question, the Miami Heat had the game in their control down the stretch and simply let the Brooklyn Nets begin to make more plays than they did.

They had the upper hand, so what makes this defeat even more frustrating is the fact that they actually had to rest on their laurels in order for it to happen. In any event, they will surely get a win in Madison Square Garden on Sunday, right?

The Miami Heat are clearly the much better team and there is no need for any fancy narrative or metaphors. They will be the most talented bunch to take the floor in the contest on Sunday, as clearly said in the immediately prior sentence and in light of the Brooklyn defeat, they better win this game. Before we go too far off the deep in thinking about the Brooklyn game, here is everything else you need to know about it.
