Can Miami Heat bounce back against Kings in second of back to back

The Miami Heat are right back at it, just a day after losing in San Antonio to the Spurs. Being at home on Monday, we surely expect them to bounce back, right?

The Miami Heat have traveled back to the friendly confines of South Beach, along the sunny shores of Miami, where they will welcome in the Sacramento Kings for an early evening Martin Luther King Day matchup. As they have come to annually put on, the NBA has taken MLK Day and made it their very own and we appreciate it.

While almost every team will be in action on Monday, the Miami Heat were one of just four teams that were on the court on Sunday. After beating the San Antonio Spurs on last Wednesday and taking care of the Thunder in Oklahoma City on Friday, the Miami Heat were tasked with heading into the Alamo City on Sunday for another matinee date with the Spurs. Needless to say, they were not able to get the job done.

It is for this reason alone that the Kings are walking into a hornet’s nest. The Miami Heat are their absolute best selves at home in South Beach, the very best in the entire league at home to be specific, and the Kings are the lucky team to get to face them the day after they took a tough defeat that they should have won.

To be perfectly honest, this game shouldn’t even be close. While the Miami Heat will do all they can ( can you smell the sarcasm?) to make it a game early, it should end up tilted heavily in Miami’s favor. Here is everything else you need to know about the game.
