The Miami Heat are in prime position to make a run to the NBA title as we get set to begin the season’s 2nd half. Here’s how Coach Spo can most help there.

The Miami Heat are right where they want to be. So cliche, we know.

In fact, coming into this season and just a year ago at best, no one in Miami Heat Nation would have known or frankly, possibly could have imagined that they would be here at this exact moment. We all knew Jimmy Butler was made of the right stuff, could dramatically impact, and influence a team but who thought it would be to this extent?

Well, a half-season into the Jimmy Butler/Miami Heat era and here we are, right in the midst of an Eastern Conference and NBA title run. As improbable as that may sound, when you combine just enough (although they have more than “just enough”) talent, with great coaching, great team management, leadership, culture, and chemistry, this is what you can achieve.

With all this title talk relevant and viable though, we must begin to ask this question: “What can each active member of this team do to keep doing their part towards achieving the ultimate goal, a title”?  Well, look no further, as here we are to deliver on that question. We will go through each player and each member of the organization who plays an active part in achieving that goal, but we will start here, with Head Coach Erik Spoelstra.
