Also known as BAM!

Lastly, this is where Bam comes into play. At some point in every contest, Bam finds himself guarding a perimeter player, so that’s not the main gist here because that seems inevitable at this point.

What this points to is the fact that as the other above mentioned defenders drives Doncic towards the paint, you need an athletic and mobile big there such as Bam to prevent Doncic from making something special happen, or anything at all for that matter. Bam, of course, has the attributes to defend the paint, but as we see on a night to night basis, he has all the attributes needed to defend all over the floor as well.

All of these attributes will be needed against Luka the Don. That, however, is how Bam will most likely be deployed in helping to stop Doncic though.

The Miami Heat have a tall task ahead of them on Friday, but they can get it done. Luka was hurt early on in their last meeting, so I am certain he is eager to get out there against Miami.

Miami has taken a few awful losses recently as well though, so they should be just as eager to hit the hardwood. This one won’t be easy though and rightfully so, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Hopefully, they can begin to get things back on track.
