The Miami Heat were well on their way to accomplishing something special before the NBA’s suspension. Here are 4 spicy questions left unanswered.

The Miami Heat were going about their business and overachieving, when all of a sudden, it hit like ton of bricks. Like almost every other auxiliary form of entertainment, sports league, and NBA team, they were to stop play amid the coronavirus scenario that forced us all into seclusion to endure the NBA’s suspension.

While we hope that this is just “temporary”, as we have been told, that isn’t something that is definite at this moment, as we have also been told. If the season doesn’t resume though, what does that mean? Well, there are a ton of unanswered questions to that one, but here are five that we think we may can get a better handle on.

How Far Could This Miami Heat Team Have Gone?

While they weren’t the favorites by far, what they are is a Miami Heat team with real and actual talent. What this means is that no matter the matchup and because of the fact that the Miami Heat always compete like no other, there would have or will be hopefully, contention in any and every potential matchup.

With the likes of Jimmy Butler, Duncan Robinson, Bam Adebayo, Kendrick Nunn, Andre Iguodala, Jae Crowder, and the rest of the talented Miami Heat roster combined with the mentality it takes to be a Miami Heat player, it’s safe to say this team would have made some noise. They darn sure wouldn’t have “went away quietly”, that we do know, but that is one question that would really rack our brains if the suspension never ended.
