Miami Heat aerial assault artist and reigning slam dunk winner Derrick Jones Jr. is the rightful champ. But a rematch at the moment would be entertaining.

With no live Miami Heat basketball or sports, in general, to consume recently, things just haven’t been the same. I mean, they have tried to appease us with certain events, but they just haven’t worked.

The player’s version of an NBA 2K tournament was alright, but it wasn’t for everyone. I get a ton of gratification from playing video games myself, however, watching others play has never been my thing.

The H.O.R.S.E idea sounded like a good one in the beginning, but as it began to play out, it immediately became bad. Like, intolerable after mere minutes, bad.

While it wasn’t a talent or personality thing, it was simply a poor production. I wasn’t expecting a Hollywood presentation during our current situation either, but my senses and viewing pleasures weren’t ready for what was shown. Throw in the fact that there wasn’t a Miami Heat presence to be found, I couldn’t sustain.

With all that behind us though, it has led us here. What do basketball fans of all kinds like? Slam Dunks.

With that fact in mind, we present the fact that during a virtual face to face conversation that was the next chapter of Dwyane Wade v. Aaron Gordon: The 9/10 Sagaan idea was posed that just may be one for us all to get excited about. According to the twitter account of David Wilson of the Miami Herald, it was during this conversation that Dwyane Wade had a wonderful idea.

Do it for the people Aaron Gordon! We need this… right now! That would get the people tuned it, but the problem lies in the possible production of said idea.

You can make a case that because both players are in Florida, where the stricter stay at home orders have been lifted, producing an event of said magnitude with a bit of quality can be achieved. In Airplane Mode and thus the Miami Heat’s case in particular, they will be able to resume workouts at their building in the coming days, according to reports.

There is no Miami Heat basketball being played! We need this! Not only us Heat fans, but NBA and sports fans abound.

This would be a marvelous idea and another in a long line of what seems to be constant hits from the greatest player that the Miami Heat franchise has ever seen grace the halls. It’s merely a pipedream at the moment, but we sure can dream. We hope this dream comes true.
