With the Miami Heat and the NBA getting set to restart the season, semi-regularity is approaching. Here are some of the headlines as of recent.

The Miami Heat are getting set to kick the season back off, like the rest of the league. Although it won’t be a traditional setting, as far as having all 30 teams back in the fold, they will have enough to come to a conclusive traditional champion.

With all the talk focused on a supposed “bubble city”, they have decided on Orlando as that place. With the Disney World resorts being able to house players and facilitate the competition, it seems like the perfect place.

Restarting the game of professional basketball did seem like one of the most important things, up until the tragic events of recent weeks. The Miami Heat and their players have also found themselves at the forefront of having to sort through the American unrest as a result of the murder of Geroge Floyd at the hands of a Minneapolis police officer.

On top of all of the above, you also have free agency, rumor, and NBA Draft talk starting to creep in. While this would usually be the time for which we begin discussing those scenarios in a regular year, this season has been anything but regular. These conversations have helped to ease the situation though, the one where we haven’t had any live NBA action to talk about.

While these events have mainly summarized the happenings of the Miami Heat over the last week or so though, there have been a few other things allowed to creep in. Without further hesitation, let’s get into it.
