Miami Heat: LeBron James in peak condition for the NBA Restart
It’s a known fact that former Miami heat champion LeBron James spends a million dollars plus annually to take care of his body. It’s paying off.
The Miami Heat are an organization that is synonymous for the shape that their players are in. This isn’t by accident though, as it is actually by design that Miami Heat players are the most, if not among the most, in shape players every year during the course of the season.
With regular body fat checks, that do include appearances by Pat Riley and his calipers, the Miami Heat hold high regard for the way that players go about making sure they stay in proper Miami Heat shape and conditioning.
That was probably no not an issue for one man in particular though during his time with the ball club. That man is LeBron James.

A physical freak of a specimen anyways, It has been long rumored and reported that LeBron spends upwards of one and a half million dollars per year to take care of his body. According to a report from Esquire and to be specific, they categorized the premium price as one spent to keep “the body of a 19-year-old”.
All-time great and former Miami Heat champion LeBron James is still as physically fit as any athlete in sports. That’s even after 17 long years in the NBA.
While we can’t say for certain if that is true or not, we can say this. The man is trim, ripped, and chiseled. See for yourself in this picture recently tweeted out by his current home team Los Angeles Lakers.
With a mean mug to go along with it, LeBron James shows off that pricey investment of a body. If the returns are as great as his is though on his investments, then it’s definitely well worth it.
Not only is it impressive because of what the caption says, with this being year 17 for James in the league, but also because the world has been quarantining and the league has been suspended for quite a while now.
With a gym, multiple hoops, and a slew of other fitness equipment at his fingertips though, I guess it should be no surprise that the megastar was able to maintain what he has. Either way, it’s darn impressive.
The league gets set to tip back off in this coming week as they get ready to start the scrimmage games. We can’t wait and we look forward to the challenge of potentially seeing if we can meet the former Miami Heat champion and his new team in the NBA Finals. It should all be very interesting.
