The Miami Heat came into Game Two of their series against the Indiana Pacers hungry for victory off of their win in Game One. It showed and they got just that.

The Miami Heat wanted to come out in Game Two of their first-round playoff series against the Indiana Pacers and show that they were not going to get fat and lazy off of a win in Game One.

They did just that, as they came out and blitzed the Pacers early on. Getting out to a 12-3 lead, before Indy called a timeout with just two minutes and twenty seconds gone off the clock, the Miami Heat were putting their plan of action into motion.

The first half of the game resembled a lot of Game One’s action on Tuesday. It was another ping pong of an affair in the first half. They went back and forth, finishing with only a five-point differential in the Heat’s favor, 51-46.

As they began to take control to close the first half, it was mostly Miami in the second half and although they never got out to that blow out type of lead, they controlled the game the whole while.

The Miami Heat didn’t get a solid performance from Duncan Robinson on Tuesday in Game One. He atoned for his actions in Thursday’s Game Two though.

The Miami Heat were led in scoring by Duncan Robinson, going 7/8 from the field, and all being three-point attempts of course. Going 25 percent from the field in Game One, 2/8 and all from deep again there, it must’ve just didn’t sit right with the flamethrower.

We are glad that it didn’t because we missed it and knew that we would not only need it in this Game Two with the Pacers but for the rest of the series.

We also knew that it would already be taken care of though, as we expressed how that would probably be Spo’s biggest adjustment heading into Game Two, getting Duncan more looks. Somehow and someway, we just knew that this would happen.

His efforts were helped along mightily by none other than, Goran Dragic and Jimmy Butler. Goran finished with 20 points, six dimes, and three rebounds, while Jimmy finished with 18 points, six assists, and seven rebounds of his own.

The whole team played well actually though, going 18-35 from deep as a team, closer to what their league-best ranking would tell you about them, while also not allowing the Pacers to shoot it as well as the Heat themselves did.

Next. Are they willing to trade any two for Giannis?. dark

It was another good day for the Miami Heat and if they can keep this going, who knows what can happen? You know what we are thinking, but I won’t dare say it.

I know that we all can’t wait until Saturday to see it happen all over again! We sure can’t!
