With the Miami Heat taking care of their first-round series against Indiana in just four games, they now await their opponent. If Milwaukee, there are some quirks.

The Miami Heat are playing the waiting game. After handling their business in sweeping fashion over the Indiana Pacers, pun intended, they now sit and await their next opponent.

With the Milwaukee Bucks comfortably up 3-1 in their series against the Orlando Magic at this point, it’s pretty safe to assume that the Bucks and the Greek Freak, Giannis Antetokounmpo, are likely the Miami Heat’s next hurdle as they try and fight for the title.

Ok, now switching gears a bit.

If you think back to the Miami Heat’s victory on Monday to end the series, it was a game that saw a little bit less of Jimmy Butler than we did across the first three games. While they likely could have won that game without him, it was good to at least see him try to give it a go.

Here’s the thing though, we don’t know exactly how that shoulder that held him to less playing time in Monday’s win is feeling, how bad the “strain” was, how long it might take for him to get back “right”, and exactly what “right” means as far as how close to 100 percent he can or will actually be. There are still a lot of questions left unanswered.

He missed two games back in February with a shoulder issue, but all reports seem to indicate that he should be alright moving forward. Coach Erik Spoelstra, via his language and tone, seemed to indicate that Jimmy would be just fine moving forward and especially after a few days off for rest.
