The Miami Heat won their first-round series, but Jimmy got hurt. Coach Spo thinks he’ll be good to go, but what if he isn’t and likely against the Bucks?
What does it all mean though? Well, here’s what my grand point would be.
While we most certainly want Jimmy Butler in the lineup and ready to go, the Miami Heat have shown that they can not only hang with this team without him, but they can beat them.
You want to make sure that you get the job done against a scary Bucks team and a transcendent talent like the Freak though, so again, you want him in there at all cost but this information is something we can sleep well at night knowing.
The Miami Heat are championship contenders and a healthy Jimmy Butler is the more desired option, but if he has to take a break for Game One or even further, isn’t all the way himself early in the series, it isn’t awful for the Miami Heat.
For the third time in the last few sentences and so no one is confused, we need Jimmy Butler in the lineup to accomplish the ultimate mission and even to beat the Milwaukee Bucks four times. But, if we have to be without him for a game or without a fully deployed Jimmy Butler for a game or so, it isn’t the worst thing in the world for the Miami Heat.
That’s especially if that’s what it takes to allow him to get closer to 100 percent. With that in mind, I hope Jimmy Butler is fresh as a daisy and ready to go all out in Game One of that series and whenever that may be, for clarity. This though, is and has been, the thing with Jimmy Butler and the Milwaukee Bucks.
