The Miami Heat discovered a flat out marksman in Duncan Robinson. Here are three things he can work on to continue to get better in the offseason.

This season’s Miami Heat team was built on three things. They are always going to be built on their toughness and hard work.

Secondly, they were a multiple and positionless team that relied on ball and man movement. Any of the guys could make a play for someone else, while most often, all of the guys on the floor were pretty much interchangeable.

Lastly, the Miami Heat relied on distance shooting. That’s where Duncan Robinson came in.

For much of the season, he was the best shooter in the league. Klay Thompson, Steph Curry, and Kevin Durant were all hurt and out, so with that, I will ask again.

Who shot it better than Duncan if none of those three were playing? That’s right, nobody.

With that though, it leads here. In the postseason, when they ran him off the three-point line or prevented him from taking his initial look, the results were less than admirable.

That is what brought us here. Here are three improvements that he should look to make during the offseason.
