The Miami Heat have been rumored to be involved in the Victor Oladipo business for a while. Here are all the reasons why they should sell their stock.

With the start of the new Miami Heat and NBA season quickly approaching, I’m continuing my series of looking at potential trade targets for the Heat. Today, my sights are set on a former All-Star who is rumored to be unhappy in Indiana.

Victor Oladipo has arguably one of the most interesting career arcs in the NBA in recent history. Being drafted #2 overall by Orlando behind all-time bust Anthony Bennett, the Indiana product could not find his footing with the Magic.

Given Orlando’s track record with draft picks, that’s not too surprising.

From there, Oladipo was shipped off to Oklahoma City, along with Ersan Ilyasova and Domantas Sabonis in exchange for Serge Ibaka. Small note here, I totally forgot Ibaka spent less than a year in Orlando.

Poor Magic fans, maybe someday the team won’t hurt your feelings anymore. We talk about the Knicks being the most tortured fanbase in the entire NBA, but I would personally toss the Magic into this list as well.
