The Miami Heat will need everything that Goran Dragic gave them last season to make another run this season. I believe he can do just that.

Goran will maintain his 2020 form and not only challenge, but win Sixth Man Of The Year

Former Clippers forward, Montrezl Harrell, won the award last year before jumping ship to the other LA team this past offseason. Goran Dragic came in sixth place, behind Dennis Schröder, Lou Williams, Christian Wood, and George Hill.

Frankly, he was robbed. Hill and Wood shouldn’t have even been in the competition, while Trez and Williams should have split that vote. Perhaps it doesn’t work that way but logic wants me to ask how can two guys from the same team both be top three in voting for that award in particular.

It just doesn’t make sense. Schröder had a real case, but Dragic still did more on a per-minute basis, meaning he would have outperformed Schröder if all things were equal.

This isn’t sour grapes either, as any of the guys could have made cases, but Dragic had the best one. Either way, I expect another big year for The Dragon and the Miami Heat do too.

I believe he will deliver and especially after having to suffer through the Finals the way that he did after his foot injury. That’s why this is my bold prediction for Goran Dragic’s 2020-21 season.
