Will the Miami Heat go harder for James Harden after Giannis has locked himself into Milwaukee?

The Miami Heat are a constant star of the rumor mills. No matter what kind or which specific player becomes available or expresses a bit of displeasure, the Miami Heat come up as a rumored destination.

Hey, that’s a credit to Pat Riley‘s ability to make lemonade out of lemons though with unhappy players but that’s just background information here. Let’s talk about James Harden.

Giannis signing should make Heat’s Harden pursuit more potent

Unhappy and seemingly doing everything accept burning down their facilities to never have to step foot in them again, James Harden recently added the Miami Heat to his list of preferred trade destinations. While the Miami Heat had already been reportedly warm to the ideas of landing Harden in the first place and potentially including Tyler Herro in a deal, you’d have to think that this latest set of progressions in the story drums that interest up a bit.

Right?

One would certainly think so. Look, Harden isn’t happy in Houston and that’s apparent.

Even with John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins in tow, he looks to be on his way out. He’s apparently also playing nice for a little while, but that’s only until he can get out of the door.

The Miami Heat will be right there out front when the smoke settles on this one. Perhaps Harden is wearing a ViceVersa jersey before the season is out.
