Are the Miami Heat playing with fire? Because Even they can be burned.

This past Saturday, the Miami Heat were in Washington going against the Washington Wizards, who were without stars Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook, with both out due to Covid protocols and a Groin issue in Russ’s case.

So, this was going to be a nice tune up win for Miami, right? Wrong, Miami won the game 128 to 124 and though Miami scored at will, they could not stop guys like Garrison Mathews,”random heat killers”.

Plus, Robin Lopez and Moritz Wagner giving Miami buckets, which made me sick. You think it stopped there?

Well, it didn’t. Jerome Robinson, Ish Smith and Raul Neto all gave Miami trouble at times.

Now, I know its only one game and its only been eight games so far but I do not like the vibe with this team this year. Also, it has been noted by me and fellow All U Can Heat contributor, Rich Nurse, that this team has gotten too comfortable with their games.

It’s fine to have confidence and being comfortable on the court but to me, it just seems this year that this team just expects to win. How can you blame them though with the run Miami had last year but again, that was last year.

Last year is in the past and now Miami needs to get it together. Don’t believe me or Rich, then ask Jimmy Butler, who said at his press conference after that game that they were all too comfortable, but that they had to get some stops.

It’s pretty apparent. We’e not the only ones seeing it.
