The Miami Heat got a much needed victory Monday night over the Detroit Pistons. It meant that much more when you consider the fact that the Pistons had just manhandled this same Heat team just days before.

With all of that behind them though, the Miami Heat must keep going forward, while trying to get better. While a ton of that will certainly happen in-house, through further practice, drilling, and chemistry-building, there are ways to make something happen from the outside.

That’s where Pat Riley and the NBA’s trade market comes into the fold. With James Harden, Jrue Holiday, and now Victor Oladipo all being moved already, the Miami Heat have to refocus their efforts.

Also, with clear deficiencies and holes in their lineups, rotations, and team, it would behoove them to make a move more sooner than later. Though it is still a long season left to play for the Miami Heat, with only 72 games in total, every one matters.

With that in mind, let’s focus on those that are still out there to be had, potentially. Here are three potential trade targets for the Miami Heat.
