The Miami Heat probably need to look to make a move in the near future. Though they can still improve a ton internally, why wait until the breaking point to try and add to your team.

While again, we don’t know exactly what they will do because there is still a ton of internal improvement that could happen with this team, the Miami Heat could stand to add some help for their defense and rebounding, while another guy who can attack off the bounce would be a great help as well.

With most of the guys that they have been connected to over the past year or so already moved this season, it’s hard to imagine that the Miami Heat will actually land any of them this year. Those guys include James Harden, Jrue Holiday, and Victor Oladipo, now of the Houston Rockets.

Or can they? That’s an even stickier question to sort through, but while we are on the Rockets, they are worth more thought.

The Rockets traded James Harden and at this point, John Wall has already missed quite a few games with that knee. Now, we don’t know if it’s a maintenance and rest thing, or a new issue.

Either way you look at it, the Rockets might quickly turn into the sellers we all thought they would be after they moved James Harden. With that possibility on the table, let’s rank the top three Houston Rockets trade targets for the Miami Heat.
