Has Bam Adebayo Been Good Enough For Miami Heat To Be An All-Star?

That basically breaks down to the eye test and the metrics, what you can assess ideology and what the numbers tell you, it’s all the same thing. Bam’s isn’t the hard to assess, though with a few caveats.

Qualitatively, he passes the eye test, as he has been equally as good as last season, if not better all around. Here’s the thing though, he has already shown you a much higher peak than he did last year from the perspective of going to get his own offense and without a steady diet that Bam or an appetite to be that Bam, in general, he could be dinged there.

It’s one thing to never show it and still have major success doing what you do and a completely different thing to have it all in your bag, but never pull it out, though with a semblance of success. Bam not only has to be what he was against Brooklyn for his own personal standards and successes, but in order for the Miami Heat to be their best selves, they’ll need that too.

Speaking of the Miami Heat though and again, they aren’t a great team. It’s not wrong to ding him a bit for a lack of team success as well, so that’s the qualitative.

With every good ideological perspective though, you like to have something a little more concrete than just perspective, for lack of better terms. Though solid most of the times, it can be proven wrong, prodded, or poked at until it’s been breached.
